（一）用途
XCLL3系列精密液压四柱平面下料机是引进国外先进技术，自行研制开发生产的产品。
主要适用于皮革、塑胶、布类、皮包、玩具、发泡片、橡胶制品、软木片等各种需要用刀模裁断的裁切物，均可适用。
（二）特点：
1、裁切压力主要有：300KN、350KN、400KN、500KN、600KN、800KN、1000KN等可满足不同客户的生产要求。
2、以二段式裁断，第一段下降，第二段集中压力，以高压裁断，此法裁断物刀口整齐，增长机械寿命，且节省耗电量。
3、双油缸，四柱自动平衡连杆结构，保证每一个裁断位置裁断深度完全相同。
4、中央自动润滑系统，确保机器精度及提高机器耐用度。
5、设有电磁计数显示，能正确告诉你裁断的次数，提高工作效率。
6、低噪音，动作宁静。
7、设有紧急停车装置。

(A)Usage
XCLL3 Series Hydraulic Four-column Plane Cutting Machine,Introduce overseas advanced technology , Self-developed, development and production of the products.
The machine is applicable to die cutting operation of various nonmetal slices materials by die cutter. For example: such as leather,shoe industry,plastic,colth,bags,toys,foamed sheet,rubber,cork sheet,etc.

2. Two-stage cutting, the first stage of decline, the second stage of Centralized pressure, cutting objects incision neatly with high cutting force, an increase of mechanical life and save power consumption.
3. The main machine adopts double oil cylinder, double-crank connecting rod balancing, four- column precise guiding mechanism, which can guarantee that the cutting depth at every cutting position is same.
4. The central oil supply automatic lubricating system guarantees the service life and precision of machine.
